Jerry Lai - USA TODAY Sports
The New England Patriots 2020 draft wrapped up on Saturday with ten total collegiate players selected by the team over three days.
(Be sure to read Ian Logue’s and Steve Balestrieri’s draft breakdowns on the picks)
From scouting division-2 Lenoir-Rhyne to the University of Wyoming and beyond, head coach Bill Belichick and director of player personnel Nick Caserio along with others began the post-Brady era rebuild of the franchise into the future.
Before we take a look back at all the athlete sights and sounds from the seven rounds, check out Nike Belichick’s burst into stardom over social media.
Nike, the Belichick family dog, stole the draft spotlight throughout night one from the Belichick war room on Nantucket.

Belichick was later asked a few questions about his dog, and he responded with some classic answers.
Every dog has its day. Yesterday was Nike Belichick's.
Asked for a scouting report on the pup, Bill Belichick says: "he's fast… not as fast as the rabbits he's chasing, but he's close."@abc6 #NFLDraft #GoPats @BelichickFDN pic.twitter.com/x5dndOPbbv

Brings a lot of moldable traits to the table, but not quite a finished product yet. Check it out. #Patriots https://t.co/D43aM48KAm
