7) Buster Skrine –After starting his career in Cleveland, Skrine signed with the New York Jets last off-season and has fit in nicely with their secondary. He’s become a strong slot cornerback, showing progress each year. He’s not one of the league’s best, but a good overall player that could have given a boost to a secondary that struggled in the post-season before 2014.
