The newest member of the Arizona Cardinals, defensive end Chandler Jones, took to his Instagram account to thank the Patriots organization and their fans following the news he was dealt to the desert for a second round draft pick and guard Jonathan Cooper.

This emotional VIDEO of Jones later surfaced on Reddit of himself on an airplane to Phoenix as he took a few moments to reflect on the days events and again thanked his fans for the past four years.
