Talking about the reverse call on the Palamalu int.

"they tried to take the game away from us; we all know they want the colts to win, the whole world loves Peyton Manning"

Just on cold pizza--nice!

I love this. It is great to know that we aren't alone in this observation. :D

Was it Porter or Deshea Townsend that ripped the refs? Either way, do you think it is a good idea for a player to do that thatis still in the playoffs. The refs may make him pay for that comment next week.

well

it was porter! They quoted him! Ya it was the truth but prob not the best time to say it!

The one thing that seemed consistent in nearly all the games this weekend was the lousy officiating. When the games are playoff games, they need to have the best, unbiased officials doing the games. The officiating in the Patriots game was terrible. Yesterday the officials did their best to hand Indy a victory on a silver platter, but the Steelers managed to win despite that. The Bears game had lousy officiating as well. It's really disgusting how these games are turned around in a hurry by lousy officiating.

Hey, at least Pitt can identify with us now on winning while overcoming the refs doing thier best to take the game away from us. Bottom line: its a multi-billion dollar industry- you don't think the NFL and TV has some say in who plays for championships? Your damn right they try to get some teams in there....They've been carrying the Jets for years. Why? Because NY is the biggest TV market in the country. But in the end, if an NFL team is getting beat, like Indy on Sunday, even the refs cannot always change the outcome of the game.....they will do what they can to keep a team in it.

I agree with Porter 100%. Pete Morelli is damn lucky that Vanderjagt missed that field goal because his family's life would probably be in serious danger otherwise.

Come on .... we're talking Pittsburgh fans, not Oakland fans.

It's official...NFL league officials have had a press conference stating the call was wrong...incorrect...this sure makes all the big mouth know it alls from yesterday look pretty stupid...WRONG...WRONG CALL...NO GRAY AREA...NO INTERPRETATION...W-R-O-N-G

When a guy rips the refs, they don't tend to get back at that guy or team the next game. It will make them look bad to have more questionable calls go against the steelers, and after last week's debacle they don't need any more questioning of their integrity. I'll bet most of the questionable calls go the steelers way next week.
