It seems as if he is on the injury report every week... but he is never injured. Is this supposed to be a trick for the other team...? Of COURSE we are going to start Brady... why would they think different?

check the injury reports since 2002..the default injury report stationery has brady printed on it to start with

this is not an attempt to confuse the other team ..its a dig at the league about something BB is pissed about from the past...Jimmy johnson also said this yesterday on the pregame show

dont know ..jimmy johnson said something about the league refusing to put a couple of his players on the injury report some time...i havent heard that before either...

I know our injury report after the Atlanta game last year was pretty funny.

Edit: Here is an excerpt from a yahoo article after the Falcons game last year:

yahoo said:
Vick went out the previous week with a strained ligament in his right knee. In a questionable use of the NFL injury report, he barely practiced all week, but was listed as probable until Saturday, when the Falcons downgraded him to questionable.

Have you been living under a rock for the past 4 years?

Belichick Would lie about that.

I am fairly certain that any player that misses practice time must be listed on the injury report. Since NE regularly gives Tom a day off to rest his arm, he always shows up as Porbable.

"We don't make the rules, we just follow them."

Wasn't it Seymor that BB didn't list on the injury report and when he didn't travel with the team, the NFL fined or reprimanded BB? BB claimed it was a coaching decision to not play him but the NFL said he had to be put on the injury report anyhow. Since then Bill puts EVERYONE on the list. There was one or two games toward the end of the season last year where Brady was not listed.

Did you see Mangini's report last week? Are the Jets that beat up or is he just taking a page out of Bill's book?

i wouldnt be completely shocked if dungy(read polian) puts manning on the injury list this week just to tweak the league regarding BB's approach ....
