The report doesn't even come close to establishing a rule was broken. Before any interviews or any investigation is done, in any logically run universe, a crime would have to be established first with BOTH sides presenting their case. With how lackadaisically the NFL treats air pressure, not documenting, using cheap gauges, only measuring 4 balls because you don't have enough time, there is simply no way they could establish a rule being broken. This went from accusation right to investigation. I support Tom Brady 100% for not handing over his phone to a weasel like Ted Wells. He was not looking to clear Brady, he was looking for anything to build his case against him. And considering what Wells was using as evidence, he probably would have found a conversation with Tom and Bill explaining why he thinks balls with less air have better grip, then all of a sudden you have the entire organization linked to this nonsense.
