Appreciate it. Almost 15 years and couldn't even imagine doing drugs or even drinking now. I smoke pot (which I'm giving up multiple times for different reasons), little gambling but very little I don't have the time. Basically football and I haven't had much luck lol.

Anyway the problem was me not the drugs.

Sounds like his son is a real loser with drug problems.

The kid may need to do a nickel in the can to get a dose of reality.

I hope Vince gives him some tough love & doesn’t enable him

don't forget that alcoholism produces more problems than do drugs

- more people die from alcohol abuse than drug abuse
- more people die from smoking cigarettes than weed....dying from weed isn't even a thing

the 'gateway' notion is an ignorant person's way of dancing around the addiction gene

This thread... Is rough.

Hard to have any sort of perspective on this. Vince seems like a great guy. But how do we know? Could've been a garbage father. Was at the very least somewhat absent, being a professional football player.

On the other hand, he could've been there through and through but his child has a personality disorder or something to the effect of.

Either way, it's sad, and only takes 5 seconds to have sympathy for everyone involved, regardless from where the issue stems.
