I would at least try to get my immediate family out of there. Being as high profile as he is makes him a target in those areas. Not to mention the horrendous driving conditions. Took the lives of players like Oscar Tavares and Yordano Ventura.

Just learning of this . Awful. Abdominal GSW very dicey - lots of vital stuff there. Weapon makes a difference. Making to the hospital alive is always good (of course). I assume they have at least some decent medical care in the DR.
