I was half joking around, with crable's history i wouldn't be shocked if its reported that he flunked a physical if there is one.

Interesting move with Crable. Might lead you to believe that he wasn't lazy this offseason, but really was injured and thus released to get more recovery time instead. Could be a similar situation to Ron Brace.

They must think this guy has some talent to be giving him so many second chances. That's really not in Belichick's blood unless the guy in question is showing a lot of commitment to becoming a better player.

Well you have already made up your mind on what will happens so there's REALLY not much to say..DO you remember Willie mcGinest's first fgew years?? Or were you crapping in your diapers....HE was injured a LOT early in his career..and he turned out pretty good..

I hope McKenzie clears waivers tommorow and Pats can then sign him to the practice squad. Why not with Crable, they play different positions.

jeezus man,.....it's the PRACTICE squad!....these guys get about 5k a week.....they pay that much to clean uniforms,for cripes sake.

To have a guy like Crable to take practice reps with NO downside is good business.....whether it works or not.

This is not the N.uclear E.mergency S.upport T.eam......it's just a football training squad.

Get a grip and enjoy the season,brother

Am I late to the dance in that S Sergio Brown was added to the Pats practice squad? I saw that on MacsFootballBlog.com. I love that guy. I think he will be a player in this league.

I agree on hoping to add McKenzie and Farnham. I would imagine we would have to add another OL and a DL as well.

I tell you, what I saw of him in the 2008 training camp looked so promising I can understand the one last chance to prove he belongs. He has freakish physical tools. He can cover, rush, shed blocks and tackle. And do it very well. I am glad to see that he hasn't completely washed up, but at this point you have to question his desire.
