Help: How do you put someone on ignore

After all these years, no one, trolls, Jet fans, even NEM, ever made it to my ignore list until now, so I don't know how to do it. Someone help me out?

Go to user cp its on the left hand side. Its not all that great when someone answers who ever it is your trying to block you'll see what they posted. Also you'll see thread titles.

Andy, it's in the user CP. You just have to put his name in.

The other alternative, if you're using firefox, is to get the Ffvb addon and use that. Once installed, it's faster and easier than having to go the the CP.

I have a question on ignored users:

Is it possible to not see quoted posts by users that I have ignored? For instance, someone on my ignore list posts, I won't see it. If someone replies to them and quotes them, I can see what the person on my ignore list wrote.
