Tebow's style of play demands he train like he does. If he trained like Brady, not only would it render him less efficient, he would become extremely injury prone. His body type is just not that of a typical quarterback. He's a pure mesomorph (think linebackers, defensive ends, and runningbacks) whereas most quarterbacks are ectomorphs (Brady) or ecto-mesomorphs (Quinn).
I'd also recommend checking out Drew Brees' TRX workout. The guy is extremely strong for his weight.
