The whole point of asking these questions is to get a response, any response. Most celebs with their heads on right don't fall for it. If this were Vince Young, Terrell Owens or Chad Johnsons, they'd probably have punched the cameraman.

As another poster said, I really wish I hadn't clicked on that link. It's a pointless invasion of privacy, not news. For those who would like to avoid it but are naturally curious, here's a recap:

As someone pointed out earlier, this is how the paparazzi make their money. A candid photo, an exclusive quote... there is HUGE industry for this stuff, and most football fans have no idea about it. For better or worse, our boy Brady is at the intersection of both, as we all learned back in February with TMZ's video (which is very similiar to this one, by the way) giving us more insight into Brady's ankle injury status than Belichick would ever give us.

Like it or not, it's their job. You go out to LA and this happens to EVERY celebrity. It's pretty underhanded, and downright shameless, but they're not doing it out of some sick obsession with Brady. He's a superstar, his girlfriend is an even bigger superstar, and they're going to get taped. I thought they handled it exactly as they should (ignore it all)... they deal with this every day, and this is nothing to them.

That said, even pre-op, it's nice to see TB walking without an aid. He was noticeably gimping, and gingerly walked up the stairs, but he seems to be in good shape... let's just be happy he's not in a wheelchair!
