The difference between ourselves and the Ravens, we both take in troubled players and they immeadiately fall in line however the Ravens still allow that players swagger to show on the field where as we take away everything from a troubled guy including the swagger. One of my main pet peeves about the 'patriot way'.

Bill needs to loosen the vice and start letting the troublesome ones be who they want on the field, i mean even the most professional guy like Welker wasn't even allowed to make one funny comment without getting stupidly benched.

BB really has to learn to chill sometimes. Look at the way they are trying to stop Gronk being who he is. The main reason why Gronk is the beast that we see every week is because of the way he is so why change him?

Interesting that two of the Pats selections (Boyce and Collins) seemed to have situations outside their control this past season that might have significantly affected their production on the field. I wonder if Boyce didn't have a QB change and Collins didn't play on a crap team that quit on their coach whether either would have been much more valued prospects than they are right now. Could the Pats' staff see that they are potential studs who are victims of circustance?

Interesting angle. I certainly hope so.

You completely missed my point, letting a guy be who he is on the field is in no way shape or form 'letting the hoodlums run the asylum'. Having swagger on the field separates the good from the great, the only guy that gets to show who he really is, is Brady and he is the greatest ever because of it. I love the fact that the patriots take in any player and he falls in line off the field because that is how you should be when you're paid millions but when it comes to on the field i want that guy to shove it in the face of the opposition that he is better yet we seem to not let that happen where as the Ravens do. That's my point

Strong are getting stronger with Balt, SF, Sea, GB.

And the rich get richer. Some had them as the top two RBs in the draft. Add in Datone Jones and some O-line depth and they are another really good team having a very good draft.

I completely agree about the entire draft, they have done fantastic. I just thought Bray would have been better than Jones. But Jarvis Jones and Wheaten are probably the most predictable picks in this draft because they just fit them so well. They really have done a great job of matching need, talent and value.

Hey, sorry that came out the way it did. I edited out the first line by mistake, and now it looks as if I was disagreeing with you a bit when I really have no opinion either way with regards to Bray v. Jones. It was supposed to start off with:

And long may that continue! But i'm telling you now that everybody getting in Gronk's face telling him to 'tone it down' is what will be the ruin of him. Gronk should be who he is right now until he is an old man because it is refreshing to see someone in the Patriots organisation like him. Look at White and Julio in ATL they say they are the best outside players in the game and then go ball out every week to prove it. THAT'S what i'm talking about.
