I am confused now do I rebook my tickets to Phoenix yet? Are we all back on the Super Bowl bandwagon or are we still on the Patriots are doomed to be an 8-8 team at best bandwagon still?

Probably won't really know until midway through the season to really know what teams are made of...But I will say last time we lost the season opener, it ended very well for us...

Hay guiz, lez replace Brady bcoz he's old n stuff, amirite?

Brady has been throwing lasers today and dead accurate maybe that calf was a problem last week along with the Oline

@jeffphowe: Pats might actually be reducing Gronk's role this week. 8 of 22 snaps, 4 of 6 3rd downs, 3 of 5 red zone snaps.

Remains a concern.
I noticed that. No need to rush him just yet

Mike Reiss ‏@MikeReiss 14s
Rookie OT Cameron Fleming, who played in Stanford's pro-style offense & was known for run-blocking, has been on for 9 snaps as extra TE.

They need to get Fleming live reps. He's going to be a critical piece if one of the starting linemen (specifically Solder/Vollmer) goes down.

Not sure what is the concern. Probably bringing along his conditioning .

Maybe dumb question... but is there a way to reverse the order of this thread so the last post is always first on the first page?

It's not a concern for me, it's just a choice the team is making.

Chung has their snap count down

We have one of the best tackling secondaries also.
wait until we get Browner back. LOB pt. 2

Gronk is not ready. They should just keep him out until he is. Play him sparingly.

I think its the opposite. We've seen over the years how hard it is to come in cold and make an impact. This offense is about as reliant on repetition as any in football. Dobson, Gronk, Wright and Lafell need as much time on the field in game and in practice as possible to get the timing down and get on board with brady. I don't think its any surprise that Edleman has seen more snaps than anybody over the past 3 years and he's seen the most targets as well.

Where was this last week?

Might have started slow, but (touch wood) we can keep it up!

Lol, i get what youre sayin, but that sounds funny in another way.... :)

GRONK didn't play a down during the preseason, so asking him to play 90% of downs would be crazy.

Great coverage by mayo there, McKinnon is a crazy athlete

I remember, 2 seasons ago, people wanted Edes gone. never understood that one. I'm proud to say I was pulling for him, big time.

Or maybe just making more of an effort to ensure we can have him in for 4th quarter

Wilfork and Siliga inside is the way to go up front. It takes three guys to keep the in check.

Hey Announcers , Might be time to mention about the wind on kickoffs.

The CBS crew is embarssing. It is not only the wind but they seem generally confused and chaotic.
