Unger is okay. I want T.J. Lang, but I'll settle for Unger.

stock piling picks and not paying 1st round money...I hate to say it..but are we potentially looking at a trade here for maybe...Peppers...Belichick did this two years ago on draft day with Moss

Giants take Hakeem Nicks..

Trade up and take Maualuga, that's what I think they should do. Probably take one of those 3rds to move up 7 spots.

Omfg if the guy below me is at #34 draft him!!

We only need to move up 4 spots.

wont happen becaue if they wanted him they wouldve taken him at 26. the basically dont love anyone in this current crop.

This morning I mentioned that I wasn't enthusiastic about the #23 candidates -- glad BB feels the same. I also said the strength of this draft was late first throughout round two and into the third.

Well.....................NEVER did I imagine we'd own a round. And there's still a possibility of adding 2010 picks.

trade for peppers no need for all these picks.

Awesome.

At this rate, we'll get 25 players in the 6th round.

Woot!

I'd love Peppers too. But (1) he hasn't signed his tender - his salary is well over $10M, (2) we are less than $5M under the cap, and (3) as he hasn't signed his tender, he would cost us 2 1st rounders right now, because the Panthers can't trade him.

someof the posts on twitter

"This was a waste. I question the whole front office. Nice way to waste a 1st round pick. Not like you where short on picks."

"Bring back Pioli!!!!!"

looking pretty solid right now from the pats perspective. saving themselves a lot of money in dealing down in the draft. hopefully maualuga can slip down to 34. barwin is still out there too. he might be someone to look at with 41.

Still tons of talent left plus we're loaded with picks:singing:

With so many picks in the second and third round now, I'm fine taking everyone's binky Barwin at 34

We are set to take 8 quality players in the 2nd and 3rd rounds that can be part of the nucleus of this team (it could eventually be 8 starters) and they will all combine to cost less that Mark Sanchez.
