The Official LB Jamie Collins is an Insane Athlete Thread.

Please, don't talk about Clay matthews, as the Patriots had the chance to draft him and pass on him! DUDs from the trade: DariusButler, BrandonTate.

Also Gronk. Holy selective memory, batman.

People have to stop making this a clay matthews vs gronk thing. Belichick could have had both players - could have drafted matthews in 09 and made the trade with the raiders the following year for their 2nd (using a pick not belonging to GB). It's all about identifying talent and going after it in the draft.

Jamie Collins reminds me of Ben Watson. Let,s hope Collins learns how to use his physical ability, Watson didn't.

If we're going to play that game, every team in the NFL could have had Gronk, and most of them could have had Matthews. So what? What does that tell us? Unless we want to veer off into the realm of pure, pointless conjecture with no real basis in reality, all we can do is evaluate what Belichick did with the picks that he had.
