Our schedule is harder than it looks. The NFC West sucks, for sure. But we'll find out where we stand in the next couple of weeks as the Seahawks and the Cards are the top two teams in that division... however mediocre the Cards may be. Our division is tougher this year (maybe touger than the other divisions in the AFC... dare I say without being called a homer) and we are still playing the first place winners from the AFC divisions last year. But the NFC West and AFC West are definitely weak divisons that we should have been able to CRUISE through. See how I still didn't use our massive IR list as an exuse? Tell me: why are you a non-Pats fan posting on a Pats fan message board again?
Here is some more for you:
1 (NFC SOUTH) = 24.65 24.50 ( 2) 4
2 (NFC EAST) = 24.26 24.66 ( 1) 4
3 (afc south) = 22.47 22.73 ( 3) 4
4 (afc north) = 21.63 21.23 ( 4) 4
5 (NFC NORTH) = 20.20 19.14 ( 5) 4
6 (afc east) = 19.17 19.12 ( 6) 4
7 (afc west) = 14.82 14.73 ( 7) 4
8 (NFC WEST) = 13.36 13.89 ( 8) 4
The "wests" are rated so low, is pitiful. They are 7 and 8. The AFC EAST is rated 6th best. So, 14 of your 16 games are played versus teams in the WORST THREE Divisions. The other 2 teams NOT included in those bottom three divisions are the Colts and Steelers. You lost to them both. Absolutely great time to double dip in the WEST. Playing any other divisions, and you'd be bottom of the barrel.
