Talking about Bush vs Gore. But, that info is useful too.
My apologies, I misread. Bush v. Gore was the Supreme Court's decision that effectively resolved the 2000 presidential election. It involved Equal Protection claims (basically that different standards were being used for in different counties in FL for the recount). Ted Olson, who is one of the most accomplished attorneys that regularly practices before the Supreme Court, argued on behalf of Pres. Bush. Apparently Brady has retained Mr. Olson. Shows that he is not only prepared to seek a rehearing en banc, but would also seek certiorari review by the Supreme Court (which, in my opinion, he'd be unlikely to get, but you never know).
Getting Ted Olsen is huge.
Heaviest of heavy hitters.
Go Tom!
If Brady wins, I hope he goes on an obnoxious victory lap like Roger. "I'm glad to finally put this whole thing behind us, I know nobody wants to admit to corruption but that's what corporations do so what are you going to do you know? Roger is a great friend of mine, I know him personally, but he has to respect the integrity of the game as does everyone else."Olsen's bio says he's argued 62 times before the Supreme Court and has won more than 75% of them. So 3/4ths. Wow

It'll be Mark Der Fuhrman all over again...At some time in the not too distant future, it's going to dawn on the genius members of the Billionaire Boys Club that they ought to be scared ****less at the prospect of their $35 million cabana boy being deposed and/or testifying in a court of law.
Hope it's going to be televised because this will be epic.
I'd rather have TB call Goody a turd, take the applause, drop the mic and exit stage left.If Brady wins, I hope he goes on an obnoxious victory lap like Roger.
