I'm guessing Manning, Palmer, and McNair get in for Pro Bowl, with Rivers being the primary alternate, and Brady the secondary alternate. Warren is going to get snubbed as well. Wilfork has an outside shot.

My prediction is only Seymour and Samuel make it in for the Pats.

I can't support Seymour this season, I suspect his performance this season is a result of the injury that shortened his Training Camp, and then the Rodney elbow, but he just isn't as dominant.

Warren deserves to go, Samuel has had a much improved season from last year, but I don't consider him a pro-bowl caliber CB, Vrabel would be my second choice behind Warren off the defense. On Offense, Koppen and Mankins, I don't think Tommy has earned it this year either.

    Off Special Teams, Willie Andrews.

To recap: Warren, Vrabel, Mankins, Koppen, Andrews.

I voted for him in the fan polling, but I don't think he's reached the same level as Sey or Ty yet - I do expect him to get better the same way Ty has.

I think Tom has had a better yr than last yr, for the simple part is he has no weapons.. But Rivers will get more pub than Brady...

This is supposed to be a message forum for Patriots fans. If you want to talk about this nonsense, I suggest you post on Indystar.com.

    No Jersey Selected

Who should: Koppen, Warren, Wilfork, Samuel

Who should be possible alternates, but have no shot: Graham, Vrabel, Colvin, Hawkins

Who could have been possible alternates, if they had been more consistent: Mankins, Neal, Maroney

Who may have been considered, if they had stayed healthy: Harrison

Who might go, but doesn't deserve to: Izzo, $eemore.

As for Brady, ask yourself: What would PayaTon, Palmer, McNair and Rivers fare with the pile of shyte at WR here? It wouldn't bother me if TB is chosen or not chosen. WRs help QBs, QBs help WRs. But TB has no help.

I think Brady will go for the simple fact that players and coaches get to vote too. Most people realize that philip rivers hasn't had to do much. Everyone has respect for Tom Brady. Many still consider him the best qb in the league. I don't think Philip Rivers is being as hyped as someone like Ben Roethlisberger or even Tom Brady were their first years as starters in which they both made the probowl. The sad thing is the NFC only has 1 true probowl QB, Drew Brees. Matt Hasselbeck probably would have been if he had stayed healthy. I don't think Romo has played enough games. The AFC has a bunch: Manning, Brady, Palmer, McNair, and Rivers. Even Qbs like Carr, Pennington, and Trent Green/Damon Huard would probably make it if they were over in the NFC.

Don't see anyone clamoring for an AFC Finalist banner around here, do you?

I hurt myself sneering so hard at that joke, you have to wonder if new players look at that when they arrive and ponder whether they've just signed on with delusional losers. I shouldn't be so unkind, I'm sure it is a great comfort to Polian. :p

They kept showing the banners during the telecast yesterday. That was too funny. I was pointing it out to my brother.

"Hahaha, look! 1995 AFC Finalist! They must be proud."

"AHAHAHAHA...look, another one! 2003 AFC Finalist!"

Don't know any other franchise in sports that embraces mediocrity like the Indianapolis Colts.

You expect anything more than mediocrity from a team that happily employs the Pete Carroll of the Midwest?

Bill Simmons made an excellent point in his recent column:

Most Indiana natives and transplants I've met have been salt of the earth, I can never get over the contrast between the team's current management and leadership and the folks I know - come to think of it, the Indy Star forums are littered with road kill too...I respected that team back in the Harbaugh days, they were fun and scrappy, reminded me of the Grogan-led Pats, but this crowd...dang but that Polian is a cancer.
