I voted for him in the fan polling, but I don't think he's reached the same level as Sey or Ty yet - I do expect him to get better the same way Ty has. What about Vince ?
This is supposed to be a message forum for Patriots fans. If you want to talk about this nonsense, I suggest you post on Indystar.com.

I hurt myself sneering so hard at that joke, you have to wonder if new players look at that when they arrive and ponder whether they've just signed on with delusional losers. I shouldn't be so unkind, I'm sure it is a great comfort to Polian.Don't see anyone clamoring for an AFC Finalist banner around here, do you?

Also rans and darned proud of it! :singing:They kept showing the banners during the telecast yesterday. That was too funny. I was pointing it out to my brother.
"Hahaha, look! 1995 AFC Finalist! They must be proud."
"AHAHAHAHA...look, another one! 2003 AFC Finalist!"
Don't know any other franchise in sports that embraces mediocrity like the Indianapolis Colts.

You expect anything more than mediocrity from a team that happily employs the Pete Carroll of the Midwest?
Didn't Tony Dungy used to be a good defensive coach? What happened? How many rushing yards does an opponent need to get before he takes some heat? Four hundred? Five hundred? A thousand? I know the Doc Rivers Corollary is in place here ("If someone's a great guy and gives good interviews, then the media needs to make excuses for him at all times"), but if Mike Martz was running the Colts right now, wouldn't everyone be ripping these guys for being poorly coached and not having any heart defensively?
Most Indiana natives and transplants I've met have been salt of the earth, I can never get over the contrast between the team's current management and leadership and the folks I know - come to think of it, the Indy Star forums are littered with road kill too...I respected that team back in the Harbaugh days, they were fun and scrappy, reminded me of the Grogan-led Pats, but this crowd...dang but that Polian is a cancer. You expect anything more than mediocrity from a team that happily employs the Pete Carroll of the Midwest?
