The Rams' O will be more than enough to win this crummy division. Alex Smith lost Norv Turner/Pep Hamilton, so he will go back to his old ways, and despite ALL that cap room, Mike Nolan hasn't even come close to fixing that D-Niners aren't going anywhere.

Seattle is getting old, and they were really never very good to begin with-during their Super Bowl run, they either beat crummy teams handily, or ended up getting lucky against the better teams.

AZ-will never be the "surprise" team that everyone makes them out to be every year. Just not much talent on this team.
 
I think the Rams defense is going to improve some and they'll take this division. It's a toss-up between them and Seattle. I'm not buying into all this San Fran hype.

This is the most competive division in the leauge, and I still say Seattle will win with the Rams in second ...
