"The video was released today and although it looks real, you can tell something is just a little bit off. Lloyd admitted that there were some camera tricks involved and he would never put his life or the career on the line."

It's fake. Cool video though.

Almost as cool as Maroney jumping through a car window.

It looks fake to me (I hope)
When you shoot with a long lens from a distance there is very little Depth of Field. The picture looks "flattened" and many illusions can be made such as when a player looks like he's right next to another player in the background, but really isn't.

Best guess is that Brandon was a few feet "behind" the line of the car and really did make the leap real time. He was not in line of the car though. I think his comments (see Herald) indicate that there was a trick involved. I don't think it was a dark room trick because that would have been unnecessary.

Its obviously fake. Plus my impression is that Lloyd isn't a total moron, which is what you would have to be to attempt this.

Plenty of other videos on youtube like this. The jump and the car pass are filmed separately.

He stayed on his feet after he landed. ... obviously a fake.

there was another nfl player did this for a commerical a couple of years ago; wasnt it a jester ? (revis maybe).

not real, not that big a deal (to me anyway);

I just wish he would show that same veritcal leap with pads and a helmet on (this week) :D

I would be way more interested in a Brandon Spikes tackles a Smart Car You Tube.
