The Court will discount this as the act of an owner who is in trouble with his fan base and who wants to preserve the viability of an Asset (TB) that he owns, who generates millions of dollars for him and who enhances the value of his Franchise by hundreds of millions...in other words, it will be disregarded.
Hopefully, a couple of clerks will even bother to read the footnotes that Stradley and others cite, but I wouldn't bet on it.
Unless Kraft is doing a lot more to poison the well behind the scenes, this is worth just a little more than the paper it is written on when it comes to impact.
Kraft had his chance to make a difference in San Francisco. He made his choice and set his priorities then. Everything else is just another unread footnote...Brady has been on his own since that day.
