-bad o-line play
-receivers that can't get open

Because the refs call that a TD 99% of time whether the ball goes over or not. I've seen it so many times, feet cross the line and they say TD. Sometimes you see people tip toe around the pylon.

Most of the time their feet are in the end zone when they tip toe around the pylon. Jackson's leading foot went out of bounds.
