A prior accusation does make it more likely that somebody will try it on.

That's not the point.

The point is, if you didn't do something, you're not skeptical of people who say you did it.

Unless you're a sleepwalker, have amnesia or are possessed by a demon.

Guilty or not guilty, as a high-profile athlete Ben is putting himself in social situations that he should be avoiding. Perhaps it's as simple as an enlarged ego, alcohol consumption or just wanting to have a good time that is the driver behind these issues that he is facing. In any event, if he wants to hang onto the endorsements and the respect people have for him and his game, he needs to change his ways.

It may not be fair to him, but it's the right way moving forward.

Big Ben is a drunk and the Steeler organization is getting really tired of his embarrassing off-field antics.
If the cops seek a DNA sample from Big Drink he has a major problem on his hands.
