    #12 Jersey

Marshall going to the Jets holds about as much water as the Jets reportedly making a deal for Asomugha

I never really bought the Marshall story. Even with the free wheeling spending of the Jets, they cannot afford him and retain the players they need to resign in the next few years.

I hope Davis doesn't sign with the Bills though. Maybe he can take a quick trip to New England after he is done in Buffalo.

    No Jersey Selected

So do I. I think that Davis would make a better SILB than Guyton does(n't), and would come at a very affordable price. He also would provide insurance in case McKenzie isn't ready to contribute what was expected from him when he was drafted last year.

I wanted Bill to sign former Brownies Davis & SS Sean Jones last year, instead of hoping for something out of Guyton, Alexander & Bruschi, and re-signing lil' Jimmy Sanders. Davis & Jones had spent the previous 4 years learning Romeo's (& Bill's) defense, so the transition would have been as seamless as possible when new players to new teams are involved.
