Perhaps Mike Reiss, Patsfans Twitter (Ian, do you have an account?), Boston.com can be contacted to tweet @twitter (they have a customer service handle I'm sure) to help you and get this done. A buddy of mine happens to have a few hundred followers and tweeted something at Amtrak when he got horribly delayed and there was NO help from customer service by calling. The public tweet was enough to get someone to call him the next day to resolve the issue.
