So much changes week to week and we re the champs and might still be undefeated. Remember that 07 eagles that came to town like 20 point underogs? There's no gimmes.
Titans maybe.Chip Will be the HC at USC or Texas next year
I would probably add Marshawn Lynch to that. Both are guys that can do so much with very little. And I still think that both are severely overpayed. A runningback is not worth $10M or over. But I just don't get paying big money for guys like Murray. Unless the RB is really great you could spend the money better.Classic example as to why you plug n play running backs. You've uncovered his secret plan. Everyone talked about Chip wanting to trade up to draft Mariota. But he knew he couldn't get that far up int he draft, so instead he made the Eagles suck so he gets fired, and get hired as the Titans HCTitans maybe.
For $8M and $21M guaranteed? I wouldn't mind him here, I think that he would be a big upgrade over Blount. But not for that much, especially not that much guaranteed for a running back.I disagree. They aren't using him properly. He's an I back not a lateral runner. Look at how he was used in Dallas to Philly.
I'd take him in a heartbeat here.
Not for that money, I'd rather load up on o line. If you have a good line as long as your back isn't a complete meadhead like Richardson he should do well.I disagree. They aren't using him properly. He's an I back not a lateral runner. Look at how he was used in Dallas to Philly.

Giants did not have a stout pass rush. But I see what you're saying. On paper, the Patriots should handle the Eagles without much issue. No doubt, I agree. It's just that after the wins against the Giants and Bills and their stout pass rush and pressure and yet we still pulled it off (thanks D), I don't see anything from this eagles D that looks even remotely similar. In fact, I see Blount and White having big gains against these guys.
Our D should stuff Sanchez + company.
It's nice to dream about, but then you've gotta realize that having a Megatron means they probably don't have a McCourty + Vollmer, or other similar players of their caliber/pay level. Would you make that trade-off?Man... what Brady would do with a guy like Megatron....
If we get the win this week 16-0 will be within reach....last two games on road could be tough. That Dolphins game for 16-0 will be insane I'm sure. Would be sweet to do it in front of those '72 douches. First though, Denver is no gimme.Next week will basically be another bye week for NE.
Lions are 8th in passing yards but 29th in scoring.
