(Please allow this to play in your mind with the voice of John Facenda and rumbling kettle drums in the distance...)

    Foxboro Wind

The Foxboro Wind is a Patriot, Blustering in from the New England coast,
With a camera in hand, he rapes your land, turning NFL teams into toast,

His face is weather beaten, He wears an Elvis hat,
With his stylish doo of silver, red, white and blue, He'll beat you to death with a baseball bat,

He growls as he storms the country, Nasty - never good,
And the teams all shake and quiver and quake, As he robs them of their manhood,

The Foxboro Wind is a Patriot, Pillaging just for fun,
He'll break the rules and spit on the fools, And laugh when he's conquered and won.

Would be better replaced by "The Foxboro Traffic".

    THAT'S much more fearsome.

Seriously, pretty good wordsmithing, however, you could lose all the "raping" "pillaging just for fun" and "spitting on fools" stuff - - - that's more suited to the Cinnci Bengals or the mid 90's Cowboys.

    ......or British Soccer Fans.
(oooooh, I'm going to hear it from Waspie, Gomez and Mike now)

BTW, personally, "The Foxboro Wind" just brings back bad memories for me of the game last year where I sat in back of a 400 pound guy who had too much sausage and saurkraut pre-game. :D

Politically incorrect, yes, but quoted from the original called "Autmn Wind", which is the Raiders theme song...

Just having a little fun, anyway...I was only kidding about the sticky. Every body else gets a sticky, so I wanted my sticky!

And I got it, ol' gumshoe...

I needed something to rhyme with "hat"!

I tried "Vince Wilfork is fat" and "they make my heart go pitter-pat", but neither one went with the whole evil flow of the song!

    For Reference: The Original

    The Autumn Wind

The Autumn Wind is a pirate
    Blustering in from sea
With a rollicking song he sweeps along
    swaggering boisterously
    His face is weather beaten
    He wears a hooded sash
With his silver hat about his head
    And a bristly black moustache
He growls as he storms the country
    A villain big and bold
And the trees all shake and quiver and quake
As he robs them of their gold
The Autumn wind is a Raider
    Pillaging just for fun
He'll knock you 'round and upside down
And laugh when he's conquered and won.
