New rankings out from Wes Bunting:

The National Football Post | NFP Prospect Position Rankings

Some interesting rankings:

- 3-4 OLB hybrids: Aaron Maybin #1, followed by Clay Matthews, Everette Brown, Connor Barwin, Brian Orapko and Larry English, in that order.

- Defensive Ends: Robert Ayers #1 followed by Tyson Jackson. Zach Potter #6.

- Jarron Gilbert listed as the #2 DT after BJ Raji.

- Sean Smith listed as the #1 CB over Malcolm Jenkins, DJ Moore, Darius Butler, Alphonso Smith and Vontae Davis (in that order).

Defensive Ends: Robert Ayers #1 followed by Tyson Jackson.

If so, this must be a truly awful DE class. (It looks to me like Bunting is being over-aggressive in moving DEs to the OLB column.)

Not thrilled to see the Gilbert love...I've never believed all the projections that had him as a 3rd rounder, but it was nice to dream of having a shot at him in the 2nd!

Bunting clearly has some favorites. NFP has Sean Smith as their #11 prospect, and there's no way he goes that high. I think Gilbert will probably last until the 2nd round, possibly even to #47. We'll know soon enough.
