It's easy, and only takes a few moments.despite everyones negativity, I just feel we are the better team on both sides of the ball. and if we play our game we should beat denver. our offense when healthy should be able to score on their defense and Manning is due for a pick or two
So cool my son is downtown in Denver at Ted Montana grill with Patriots All Access, got to meet Bob Hraft. Im headed to katie mullens for the Patriots club party.
My biggest concern tomorrow is the rush defense. It did not look good vs KC, as their line more often than not had the push forward setting up manageable third downs. If pats rush holds up I don't see them losing barring flukey plays
It means everything. Aside from the yards directly from scrambling, we know the contain philosophy Bill has against running QBs. Now it's simply "Go Get Him" and be ready, if he falls and gets back up smack him into never doing it again.I wonder though how much that had to do with alex smiths scrambling abilities. and trying to decipher the read option. same with the pass rush. Manning doesnt offer much of a threat of running so I would hope the front 7 can pin their ears back and get after the passer and rbs
But you know these games go about in a weird way regardless of the talent esp on the road. I was supremely confident of the AFCCG vs ravens at home and the way it turned out to be surprising. I am exactly the opposite this game so I hope I am surprised again.despite everyones negativity, I just feel we are the better team on both sides of the ball. and if we play our game we should beat denver. our offense when healthy should be able to score on their defense and Manning is due for a pick or two
How about the most obvious? :
1) Any of our injured players can't push through
2) Inability to run the ball and win in the trenches offensively

considering how the chiefs ran on us..this is a big issue we need to solve.WHEN THE BRONCOS RUN THE BALL
This is the unquestioned strength of the Denver offense, at least at this point of the season. C.J. Anderson and Ronnie Hillman form a really nice 1-2 punch, and as the Denver offense has evolved over the course of the last year, they have both asserted themselves as key parts of the Broncos’ success. In the regular season, Denver finished 17th in the league when it came to running the ball at 107.4 rushing yards per game, but that isn’t really indicative of where they are as a team right now. Denver broke 100 yards on the ground as a team in six of its last seven games in the regular season, and finished with 109 yards Sunday against Pittsburgh. Hillman is a 5-foot-9, 200-pounder who averaged 56 rushing yards per game and four yards per carry over the last six games of the regular season, while the 5-foot-8, 224-pound Anderson (who had the 48-yard run for a touchdown in the extra session against the Patriots that lifted the Broncos over New England in the overtime contest between the two teams in November) had 66 yards per game and a whopping six yards per carry in the same stretch. The return of Dont’a Hightower to full strength should play a big role in helping slow the Denver run game — if the Patriots can at least minimize the impact of Anderson and Hillman, that will go a long way toward winning this game.
UNDER THE RADAR PERFORMER: The Denver offensive line. While we’ve written a ton about the struggles of the New England offensive line over the last few weeks — as well as the fact that the group played well last Saturday against the Chiefs — the fact remains that the front that will have the most on its shoulders come Sunday is the group assigned to protect Peyton and the rest of the Broncos’ offense. If that group can get a push when it comes to run blocking against a New England defensive front that will be out to slow down the Denver ground game by any means necessary, that can potentially change the face of this game. If the Broncos can get the ground game cranked up, it’ll open things up just slightly for Manning and the passing game. And if the veteran gets enough time to throw, he’s still capable of putting his receivers in good situations. Left tackle Ryan Harris, left guard Evan Mathis, center Matt Paradis, right guard Louis Vasquez and right tackle Michael Schofield will all have a lot on their plate — if they can rise to the challenge on Sunday, it could go a long way toward determining the outcome of this one.

Well..manning can get them in good and bad plays. Osweiler would just run what kubiak called but of course he can run the bootleg and deep throws effectively. Goes both ways.true, I just feel like I would be more nervous with Brock osweiler playing than manning. Its one thing to beat a steelers team missing their #1 WR, 1st and 2nd string RB and their QB with an injured arm. and BARELY beat them. with manning looking horrible on 2 weeks of rest
its another to beat a patriots squad with their full complement of weapons available and a one week rested manning.

What? The Chiefs run on us? What is this based on? The stat sheet or the actual game? Is Manning going to run for around 50 yds? Subtract the running of Alex Smith and see how much running the Chiefs run on us.Scouting Report: What you need to know about Patriots-Broncos

They've lost horrific games in Denver for 5 decades.
Fitzy nailed it when he called it the Patriots' own Bermuda Triangle.
