He may be available by getting cut by the Lions. The least the Pats can do is sign this guy and see what happens.

Memo to THEARCHIVES: It ain't happening.

I would have no problem with bringing this guy in to see what he can do.

We have to do something. I'm all for setting Branch down for the season but if we do, we definately need a backup plan because these WRs aren't going to cut it IMO.

can we say david terrell?
We can, but then we need to chew on some bar soap. :p

besides being top picks and not working out.. There are some big differences

1. Terrell couldn't seperate from corners
2. Age difference
3. we found on that David was made by Tom Brady (where Rogers has never had a Qb of Brady's calibur throwing to him)

I am all for it. our WR situation is pretty bad, bringing anybody in at this point to try out won't hurt.

I'd be happy to pick him up at the airport. Right now, the only WR better than Rogers on our roster is. Troy Brown.

No, No, No.
This guy shows up late (if at all) to meetings, runs sloppy routes, questionable work ethic and just an overall bad attitude. In addition, he already was suspended 4 games for violating the league substance abuse policy, so one more and he's gone for the year. I know that working for the Lions can bring anybody down, but you can still at least act like a professional.
