What exactly is America's Game?
The series actually chronicles all of the superbowl winning teams. The ones that are aired are the top 20 (maybe 25?) teams as voted on by a panel. Even if a Patriots team doesnt make it into the top 20, the DVD of that team's America's Game show is still available, which I think is pretty sweet.
Indeed. I've been pretty impressed with the quality of these shows. I really like the format they are presented in, with interviews of 3 key individuals from each team. I hear they are selling for about $20/each, which makes me leary of buying the whole set. I'll guess I'll just have to settle for the Superbowls XXXVI, XXXVIII and XXXIX teams.
Oh OK. I've seen a commerical for the '01 team, with Brady talking about Adam's kick, but I guess they're not going to show that one on TV. Guess I'll just have to buy it.The series actually chronicles all of the superbowl winning teams. The ones that are aired are the top 20 (maybe 25?) teams as voted on by a panel. Is there a link to a place to order the Dvds. Don't get NFL network anymore(damn Warner) so any help would be appreciated. The series actually chronicles all of the superbowl winning teams. If you go to the website above, then click on the team you want to buy (to go to their "team page"), there should be a link for "Click to buy". I think you can also get them on iTunes.
So far, to date, Lawrence Taylor has been the best player interviewed. Lawrence Taylor talking about Bill Parcells:I think the best one I saw so far was the 86 Giants one, mostly because I loved that team (it is still my go to historic team to play in any madden game), but the interviews really made it special.
