Sunday Night 8 PM EST America'Game

On The NFL Network they are showing The 2004 New England Patriots.Everyone should set their TEVO.

That's great, I've been waiting for the Pats to come up on America's Game. They have the '01 Patriots too, don't they? Have they shown that one yet?

What exactly is America's Game?

What exactly is America's Game?

well it used to be the final game of the NFL Season between the best team from the AFC and the Best team from the NFC

Now it is a game that is played with 2 teams, 1 of which the refs hand picked to get there.

The series actually chronicles all of the superbowl winning teams. The ones that are aired are the top 20 (maybe 25?) teams as voted on by a panel. Even if a Patriots team doesnt make it into the top 20, the DVD of that team's America's Game show is still available, which I think is pretty sweet.

Indeed. I've been pretty impressed with the quality of these shows. I really like the format they are presented in, with interviews of 3 key individuals from each team. I hear they are selling for about $20/each, which makes me leary of buying the whole set. I'll guess I'll just have to settle for the Superbowls XXXVI, XXXVIII and XXXIX teams.

Yea, I'm just going to buy the three Brady/Belichick Pats Superbowl Appearances DVDs. No need to buy the ones for teams i hate a lot (notably Steelers, Raiders, Broncos...)

I think the best one I saw so far was the 86 Giants one, mostly because I loved that team (it is still my go to historic team to play in any madden game), but the interviews really made it special.

Oh OK. I've seen a commerical for the '01 team, with Brady talking about Adam's kick, but I guess they're not going to show that one on TV. Guess I'll just have to buy it.

I think they've done a really good job with these, I love the interviews.

This series is awesome, I will buy all three Pats espisodes, along with maybee the Giants , because of Belichick and Parcells.. All of the episodes are just a joy to watch...

Is there a link to a place to order the Dvds. Don't get NFL network anymore(damn Warner) so any help would be appreciated.

If you go to the website above, then click on the team you want to buy (to go to their "team page"), there should be a link for "Click to buy". I think you can also get them on iTunes.

Thank You found it.:rocker:

Saw the episode tonight, it was awesome. Ah, the good old days.

So far, to date, Lawrence Taylor has been the best player interviewed. Lawrence Taylor talking about Bill Parcells:

"He is such a baby. He pouts all the time. He pouts, pouts, pouts, pouts!"
