    i think, to be fair, all teams should thus lose their first round picks and we'll add and 8th round for just the 2012 draft (just this one time) :rolleyes:

    Only exception being if you traded your first rder then you lose your second and that team keeps their pick. Looks like we have number one overall.

    Seriously though couldn't they make a similar ruling regarding anything? Say tampering or spying? If there is evidence of malpractice investigate it and cause scandal like you did to us.
