They got the continuance by submitting a handwritten note to the judge saying they are going to amend the charges and add plantiffs. It seems like a stall tactic if I ever saw one. This case isn't going to get off the ground any time soon.
Therefore, there is no substantive "Motion to Dismiss" pending, so there is no one opposing these clowns at this point. If they in fact eventually serve the Pats (doubtful - I guarantee the clowns are shopping for competent counsel and can't find any), .
Afran and Meyer are both attorneys suing 'in the public interest"...........
