I've been one of the dude's biggest detractors dismissing him as a jag and not much more. Well, no longer. What a game.

My biggest complaint has been his inability to break tackles, but after powering through that winning score he can get ankle tackled the rest of his career and I won't say a thing.

Nothing but respect and appreciation for this kid. He deserves it.

Don't feel bad. I wanted the Patriots to cut Edelman in 2011-12. I felt he was merely a "specialist" punt returner who would never be a decent receiver. so they should go out and find a guy who could eventually be valuable in the offense. Maybe it was in my frustration when Aaron Hernandez injured his ankle when he tripped over Edelman during a route....wow, perspectives sure change over a few years, lol.

I second the opinion on White.

I still believe that I could tackle him, but he balled out.
