Have you seen these dots on QB helmets? Does anybody know what these mean? Just curious.

Re: Fluroscent Green Dots!

According to the refs' recent visit, they show which players have radios in their helmets, for the refs can easily check if there's only 1 radio on the field.

It is to show the refs what helmets have a radio receiver in them. Only one person can be on the field with it at a time.

Re: Fluroscent Green Dots!

Thanks, was wondering the same thing.

Re: Fluroscent Green Dots!

I believe it represents the chance in Hell Mangini's team has of winning the division.

Re: Fluroscent Green Dots!

It would have been too much for the channel 5 crew to explain that to us.

Green Stickers on the backs of th QB Helmets

Anyone hear what the deal is with the green circular stickers on the backs of the QB helmets?

Re: Green Stickers on the backs of th QB Helmets

It allows the officials to verify that only one player on the field has a radio in their helmet.

As I've mentioned in other threads on this topic, it also signifies the chance in Hell the jets have of winning the division.
