Hi all, thought i'd drop by to say hi.

I am from London, and have only gotten into "American" football in the past few years when a mate of mine took me to Wembley to see the Chargers v the Saints.

I slowly got into the game more and more and started to follow the Pats about halfway through the 09-10 season. Only realised i was a fan after the playoff loss to the Jets, which hurt, hence how i knew!

Looking forward to Draft day, hopefully a couple of FA additions will help as well towards the big one in 2012.

On a selfish note - i hope there is another game or two on my shores this coming season (if there is a season...).

Look forward to catching up with you all as and when.

Cheers - look forward to it.

Cannot wait for the draft - first one where i really understand what is going on. Thanks to the Royal Wedding over here i will be able to stay up and watch it too!!

Am hoping for JJ Watt and Akeem Ayers (or another Rush OLB) in round 1. Unless someone slips badly i hope we trade pick 33 for a 2012 1st rounder and either a low 2nd/3rd rounder. If one of the QB's slides into round 2, we may get a king's ransom...

You think that hurt you should have been here after Superbowl 42. Most of us are still in therapy after that one :bricks:

Welcome to the forum and welcome to Patriot Nation. You've picked a heck of team to support. Strap yourself in. It will be a rough ride. Prepare for excitement, delerium and depression...usually all in the one game.

    That was a ridiculous game....

Starting to get back to that level where a 16-0 and SB season is possible. That would be something.

Really hope the CBA issues can be sorted so we know the rules of the game for FA and the Draft.

Who would have known that England and New England could still get along?

    Just playing, champ. Welcome.
