Sometimes the more serious the crime, the easier it is to judge the accused celebrity from afar, because the legal process is more serious too.
If somebody is accused of slapping his wife, and she changes her story a couple of times, we don't really know what happened. If somebody is accused of killing his wife, we usually have a pretty good idea, even if he gets off undeservedly.
The only pre-judging Stallworth is SUFFERING from is his difficulty in getting a contract for next year, which has arisen despite him not being convicted of everything. But hey -- even if he was sober, he did kill a man.
