What a terrible story. Condolences to the family.
A poignant reminder to all of us not to take anything for granted.
A side note - was curious why EMT's at such a huge public gathering did not have a portable defibrillator machine with them. Rate of survival is so much greater with the defrib as opposed to manual chest compressions. Just curious.
