And potentially miss a game day thread in a potentially close game? Think of all the nail-biting and hand-wringing you'd miss from our fans who think the Patriots are only good if they don't have to punt/no turnover crew.I think I'm going to bed and set my alarm for 11:00 PM Sunday night, so I can wake up and read about the Pats' win over Denver while suffering no more injuries.

We are definitely outgunned. Denver should be licking their chops at this game. Home field is not guaranteed, and NE must find a way to grind this thing out tonight and down the stretch. If there is any team capable, it's NE. But as Tedy said, you just run out of guys at a certain point, and receiver seems to be at that point right now. Let's hope for solid contributions from:@STEVEBURTONWBZ: Danny Amendola is out against the Broncos. In fact, not even traveling with the team. #WBZ

We're outgunned, putting it mildly.
Maybe if Wade Philips becomes Rex Ryan overnight.
That game was the usual 1 game a year (sometimes 2) where Rex comes up with a gameplan that the OL has a tough time and the offense struggles a bit.
Right now I am feeling like a tight close Pats win.. and I think you are right that our D may be the difference in this thing. I predict winner of turnovers wins this game. How do you think Denver's offense will match up v Pats D?
