I was very concerned with the coaching in that second to last drive. I said to everyone I watched the game with, we are wasting time that WE will need. There was too much time to be running clock. We got the ball with 9 minutes, and was trying to run clock instead of go for the kill.

Welker should have still caught that pass, but in general that drive was akward, and wasted time instead of focusing on driving for a winning TD.

Also, the challenge was a poor decision when timeouts were known to be needed, and there was nothing on any replay to suggest it was a bad call. BB was reaching on that challenge.

The Bend don't break Defense mentality has leaked into an entire team mentality, and the entire team gets tight in 4th quarters now. From Coaching to the players.

BB didn't have time to see the replay..he had to challenge that IMO

Why?

He had plenty of time, the entire Giants team needed to get done 40 yards and line up. The challenge came out before WE even saw a replay.

That's a sign of a coach HOPING there was a drop, not getting ready for the next play. We needed that Timeout.

I said with 1:03 to go "This game is over baring a Giants mistake", and they made it by scoring.

I thought, ohhh this is going to make a good story and come back... Ugh it was awful, but again it highlighted just how precious those timeouts would have been but they were used in hoping it wasn't a catch... You believe the refs unless the replay shows otherwise... if you don't get a replay you keep the flag in your sock.
