Belichick is a Genious ?

You have no clue of which you speak.

Injuries. One of the outstanding facts about the 2003 and 2004 Super Bowl champions is that, during the regular season, those teams were decimated by injuries. Graphics were created showing that no team in NFL history survived its season with a winning record with the same level of injuries that the Pats experienced in those seasons.

3 Quarterbacks. Kindly identify for us head coaches that HAVE won Super Bowls with three different quarterbacks (... yeah, I thought so, poseur). NFL history shows that every great dynastic coach has been backed by a dynastic quarterback (and vice versa). And so what if we got "lucky" with the QB. The fact that they soon recognized what they had (despite what you say) is what set Belichick apart. Despite being 4th on the depth charts in 2000, Brady soon got himself elevated to 2nd by the start of the 2001 season (above the likes of Damon Huard who has played some credible QB at KC). And any insider knows that Bledsoe was just one more bad game away from being replaced by Brady even if he hadn't been injured (by the way, were you arguing about our coaches credibility or the fan's? please be consistent).

Now, just go away unless you have something credible to say.
Enough said. You think I just made up the number 3.

Now speaking of injuries, we would love to have Jon Jansen and Randy Thomas on our offensive line this year. We had the best running game in the league last year when our line was healthy down the stretch. In the end, nobody remembers why teams had bad years. Look at the Rams. There entire OL is hurt. Do you care ?

Yea, I don't either. My team is beat up on the OL. We still have to show up and play. This is the NFL dude. Everybody is one injury away from disaster. Brady, Manning etc.

But you miss the point. In 2003 and 2004, the Patriots had TONS of injuries, yet they never stopped winning (21-game win streak). In fact, they broke records for "man games" loss to injuries by a winning team. So to say we're just an injury away from being normal simply doesn't cut it. certainly, this is true of ANY team, but somehow, the Patriots system is much more resilient than most teams.

Let's just say that if Brady was out Sunday, the Pats would still beat the Skins this Sunday fairly handily.

I think Guttierez might even get the nod, and I'm not a Cassell-hater either.

Do not give a rat's ass about injuries.. it is part of the NFL... "My team is beat up on the OL"... what is that the beginning of a rap medley??

Well, bottom line is that if Brady were to go down.... your alternatives are severely lacking.

I know I will get flamed for this, but I would take Peyton Manning over Brady any day of the week.

Brady is good don't get me wrong, but take that O-line away and hes got problems.

Both of the two have great offensive lines. Right now the two QBs are in very similar environments if that is what you want to call it. A great O-line and great receivers.

You can take away Brady's receivers and you know he will still throw 3500 yards. Take away Manning's and you don't know what will happen because he has always had Harrison.

Well, I'll just say this..

They are both WICKED good!

Only cause his coaches cheat....

DOH.... did i say that out loud?

Polian is more of a genius than Belichick is........

You guys are just one injury away from being back in the pack with the rest of us. When Bill wins SB's with 3 different QB's then come talk about Genious. Brady luckily fell into your lap. You guys thought Bledsoe was better, remember.

Genious my ASS.

Ya too bad he didn't already have his gameplan for the NYG V Bills superbowl put in the Football HOF, because it was described as, well, GENIUS.

Just when you start posting reasonable thoughts there Peytonsbetter, you revert to troll/assclown/douchebag/typical Colts fan status by posting crap like that.

Care to back up what you said about your douchebag heart attack/stroke waiting to happen GM being more of a genius than BB.

You effin moron.

I think Bill's resume speaks for itself, although, I'll admit I may have misspoke when calling him MORE of a genius than BB. What I meant was, he's been every bit as successful as Belichick has, just as a gm rather than a coach, which makes it harder to compare them.

Both are first ballot HOFer's, that much is for certain.

In football, intelligence would be measured by championship rings. Last I checked BB had 5 Superbowl rings(2 w/the G-Men, 3 w/ the Pats).
How many does your boy, "**** face"....er...I mean Polian have?

That's because there is NO comparison!
