Let's put together an all-time Patriots team where we can only have one person per last initial (A, B, C, D, etc.) In other words, all 22 players must have a different last initial.
For practical reasons, we'll go only with the 22 offense and defense starters.
You can cut and paste the following list, and add or substitute names as needed. I'll begin with Hog Hannah, who will lay claim to the "H" spot on the roster. To avoid annoyance regarding whether we're going with a 3-4 or a 4-3, I'll go with generic LB and DL designations (rather than DE/DT, ILB/MLB etc) and have one slot that can be either a 4th linebacker or a 4th lineman, whatever works.
