Seems like Greg Hardy is off the market, not that people were clamoring for him to be signed by the Pats.
That has got to be one of the worst contracts the NFL has ever seen. Love his skill and it's not my money but lord. The cap hit and guaranteed money is just too much. They better hope Sheldon Richardson doesn't decide to break the bank cuz their will only be enough room for Revis and his contract because the rest will only be fodder.
That guy is a beast, on and off the field. The devil on one shoulder would be ok with the signing. Just a violent pass rusher who made Carolina a very good defense a couple of years ago. The angel on the other shoulder would be ashamed.
Can anyone imagine Kraft signing him after winning a UN end violence against women award? That singing was never happening.
Darrelle Revis signed a 5 year / $70,000,000 contract with the New York Jets, including $39,000,000 guaranteed, and an annual average salary of $14,000,000. In 2015, Revis will earn a base salary of $16,000,000. Revis has a cap hit of $16,000,000 while his dead money value is $39,000,000.
Aren't the Cowboys already over the cap with Dez's tag?
Ok, my bad. I remember reading an article right before the Super Bowl essentially making the argument that they were screwed because Romo's deal made it impossible for them to keep Dez and Demarco and that they were already going to be over the cap without signing any one.

The more I think about it the more I want AP, trade for him and go oline and defense in the draft.
