I was on a skiing holiday when that match was played, and got the news from a cell phone from a friend in Denmark...and he's a Colts fan.

Every time that Goddamn game is on does someone have to start a thread about it.

Why not? To me, that game was all about the heart of the Patriots. They had zip for offensive talent, beyond Brady. Their defense was decimated. And yet they took it down to the last minute of the game with a shot to win.

Not only is it inspiring, but it also reveals the BLUEPRINT for beating the Colts. Sometimes you have to take one step backwards to take two (or three) forward. I'm just sayin'...

I also watched part of this game for the first time since it originally happened last night. One thing I noticed, in reference to a certain troll poster on here, was that Gaffney's feet -definitely- would have both been inbounds on his TD (which was ruled a force-out).

Somehow that made me feel better, even though I knew the eventual outcome.

I also thought that last year's offense vs this year's version is night and day. I continue to be amazed how far we got with that group of receivers...
