ESPN: Of 29 coaches, Brady gets 22 votes, Manning gets 6

Dear Patriot Nation,

I would like to apologize on behalf of my fellow Colts fans. So what if your team choked in the biggest upset in SuperBowl history, and that 18-1 will forever be etched into the memory of NFL fans? I still really liked their uniforms much better than the Giants in that game. Sure you couldn't see the pretty, navy blue color quite as well when they were covered in mud after being drilled into the ground play after play, but a little dirt is good for character. I am ashamed that my Colts friends have been in here boasting and thumping their chests about Manning superior career numbers. Last I checked Tom Brady was a pretty damned good goat farmer! Can the same be said for Manning!? I highly doubt that! I am sorry that you all have had to deal with this over the long and painful off-season. So I don't blame you all for finally coming out from hiding to prance around bragging about this little "article". Sure it makes you all look completely ******ed, and what not, but that isn't near as bad as some of these hateful Colts fans that frequent here! Shame on you all! I am truly embarassed. *sigh*

Yes those big bad refs are holding the Pats back! I love my Colts, but there is no denying the beauty of the Patriot uniform. Nah.... it's not a problem. The only people who make statements like that are Colts fans jealous because Manning has only a .500 record in the playoffs. Fans with even a minimal knowledge of football Remember such great forehead moments as 41-0 against the Jets and the fabulous 4 pick performance during the 2003-2004 playoffs, and feel much better about Brady.

The Super Bowl provides you Colts fans with a lot of "talking points" - But until your team wins 18 in a row - I'd shut up if I were you, you can't even hold a candle to that - Even with the loss.

If Bady has choked in the last 3 post seasons, what has Peyton been doing all his career in the post season? Save one lucky matchup vs. Da Bears and that awesome QB.....what was his name?

And don't forget last year Brady broke the NFL record for single game Completion Percent....In the Play-Offs. - I know how you Colts fans love the statistics.

I always enjoy reading these because you get an idea of the talk around the bars in Indianapolis when Brady Vs. Manning comes up - Usually it's statistics, or Perhaps the Marino Rule, or perhaps the convenient amnesia when they talk about how many years both have played in the league (Tommy's got three less years as a starter) but I always love the Adam V. Effect.

The Adam V Effect is the incredibly stupid idea floated by ignorant Colts Fans or Pats Haters around the world that somehow tricks their brain into thinking that Adam V was actually the person the engineered the drives that got him into scoring position so he could do his job and kick the ball thru the Goal Posts.

That might be my favorite, "Brady ain't as good as Peyton, and ya know why...?" - drivel from a Colts fan - Although I do love the statistics one as well.

why is this even a debate anymore? anyone who knows the nfl can tell that brady is the better qb. just look at the evidence. when manning broke the td record in 2004 his colts were only able to put up 3 points in new england. he got picked off 4 times the season before. his colts got shut out against the jets in the playoffs. want to blame the colts defense for that? yeah manning is great if you need 6 tds against the lions in november, but not in the playoffs. even the year they won the SB, he had 3 tds and 7 ints
