The warriors didn't score a single point after the 4:39 mark of the 4th quarter and the mvp of the league didn't make his shots when it mattered the most.

Didn't make his shots?

I'm not sure he even hit the rim.

I know he threw up an air ball when he tried to match Irving's 3 pointer to go up 92-89.

I don't hate LeBron at all. I'm a Heat fan. I dislike the Cavaliers. I give the man his props. He stopped being a ***** and started playing lights out from Game 3 on.

To be honest, a lot of your comments in this thread sound like Jilted Heat Fan. I live in Miami, and he is universally hated here because he left and didn't even leave a note. I think you all should be more appreciative for the 2 titles he did bring, rather than the 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 that he didn't. But, like I have said, his main problem is that he is held to an impossible standard, although I concede that some part of that is of his own making.

Really disappointing but Cleveland outplayed them overall and deserved the championship. I think Curry and the rest of the Warriors will, learn from this and come back stronger than ever next year.

If I "hated" LeBron, I would come out and say it. I dislike the Cavs and LeBron was playing like a ***** in the first two games. He played like a man in the last five. And, while it is possible that you know what I'm thinking more than I do, I have to say that the probability of that being the case is pretty low. Your opinion is noted, though.

That was a lot of drama and tears at the end of the game. Followed by an interview with "I put everything into it [sniff sniff].....I worked so hard..[ wimper wimper ].....I gave it everything I had [boo hoo hoo hooo"

"Hey Cleveland!! This is for you!!"

I did....I felt.....I had....My teammates....I never.....I wanted.....I've seen......

That is all you need to know about LeBron James.

Good ole Howard Dean. Never has a presidential bid experienced such a precipitous collapse before or since from one singular moment.

I think its hilarious that almost everyone on here completely hates on LeBron James and how good he is.

Then you all turn around and get pissed when people hate the Patriots for how good they are.

I love the Pats, I love Tom B and I roll with you guys always man, but I give LeBron his due. I am from around 2 hours away from where LeBron grew up (watched him in HS, actually know a few people that know him) and that kid came from nothing man.

Sure he has made his mistakes and makes some out-of-context statements sometimes, but God damn. Guy has more pressure and scrutiny than just about anyone. He handles the amount of **** he has to deal with really well.

Damn straight. Lebron's actions are vastly different than Brady's. They carry themselves completely different.

People hate the Patriots and Brady because they win.

People don't like LeBron because he is a self-centered, narcissistic, baby.

I see a lot of comparisons are being made to the 2007 Patriots. I don't see the logic there.

This is was what could have been the best team of all time blowing 3-1 series lead with 2 at home... this choke was not quite the level of the 2004 Yankees but it's much closer to that than the 2007 Patriots who play in a sport and a league where the saying is "Any Given Sunday" for a reason....

Tom Brady was the 199th pick with literally ZERO expectations.
LeBron was the #1 overall pick with pressure to be Michael Jordan at 18.

If James played with everything he could give all the time then It would be scary just how dominate he could be.

However how do you expect him to play with a chip on his shoulder he was scouted since Junior high.
He has more money then he could ever spend and has sons to carry his lineage on.
Not to mention 3 Championship rings MVPs and is internationally known.
How you get this man to play with a chip on his shoulder as a undrafted or late round player would be a amazing trick.

The parallel is the greatest season ever ending without a title. Like the 2001 Seattle Mariners. Or the 1985-86 Edmonton Oilers.

Man, Lebron is held to an almost Patriot-like standard by the public. I'm glad Cleveland won, although I was wrong on my prediction of GS in 6. I'm not a Lebron fan or hater--I was more rooting against GS. I didn't care for their style of play, and I felt like they were thinking they were entitled to wining the championship. I also wanted Lebron to get a ring somewhere other than Miami (who I can't/couldn't stand). Maybe people will realize Lebron was the driving factor behind those two rings in Miami, and not Wade.

If lebron didn't have 3 championships and wasn't in the finals every year he wouldn't be hated anywhere near as much as he is now. Plus, people call brady a cry baby b**** all the time too.. And they call the patriots cheaters. If you ask any hater, they will give you a bunch of excuses on why they hate the patriots and none will say because they win. Same goes for lebron.

People didn't like LeBron before "The Decision"

True, true and true. He had a lot of pressure on him. The media was all over him. He delivered in a big way. He played at an elite level. Imo. No off field issues etc....either.

All I'm saying is that I've got a new crying face to use.

Imo cant compare the 2. Its very very hard to see the 07 pats losing a 7 game series.
