Do you think the outcome for those seasons would been different?

I think so because in the '06 ACC title game we only lost by a few points maybe if ty law was on our D he could of prevented at least one of the colts touchdowns or maybe even get a pick, same with SB42 we only lost by a few points maybe if Ty Law was on that D maybe the giants score one less TD or gets a valuable pick. Didn't mention '05 because I don't think it would of made much of a difference on the outcome of the season

That season was such a mess with injuries to DB's. Who were are starters by the end of the year? I honestly have no idea. Deshea Townsend? Hank Poteat? Gay? Deltha O'Neal? It's all a blur of JAG DB's from that era.

Are you talking '06 cause I wouldn't call that season a mess considering how close we were to winning another SB

Talking injuries to our DB's that year being a mess. Didn't we end up with 5 or 6 DB's on IR that year?

Yup: either learn to write accurately or don't start threads -- thread titles with elementary mistakes in them are an embarrassment.
Embarassment is insufficient it appears. We need harsher penalties. Like having to watch the Jets.

I don't understand what's going on. Asking if they should have "kept" him in 2006 implies that that they also would have kept him in 2005. They were absurdly close to the cap in both of those years, so you'd have to make a whole bunch of other moves for it to work. This is the kind of hypothetical that you can't come close to fully explaining in a 100 word post.

how would the team have looked different if Law was kept? you cant just add, you'd have to take away something because at least one other or multiple other moves/players wouldnt happen

He could of took a pay cut.....

They had less than $1 of cap room by the end of the 2006 season. You'd have to make multiple cuts each year to keep Law, regardless of how much of a discount you think he would have taken.

I would think Law would have done a better job against Burress than Hobbs.

When Tyree had his miracle "helmet catch" at what...the 58th minute of the game, Plax had 8 targets for 1 catch and 13 yards. I know he caught the 14 yd TD, but you are mis-remembering.
